Dual Ant Tube Mini Arena

Compact mini arena with two connectors for 16 mm test tubes.
The arena is suitable for small ant colonies, founding colonies or modular test tube setups.

With the two connectors, two test tubes can be connected at the same time.
This allows the arena to be used as a small outworld, feeding area or connection between two test tube setups.

Required Parts

The following parts are required for the complete setup:

• 2 × O-ring 13 × 1.5 mm

• 1 × acrylic glass plate 50 × 50 mm, 2 mm thick

• 1 × test tube with 16 mm outer diameter

• For this model, I used a test tube with a 16 mm outer diameter and an O-ring sized 13 × 1.5 mm.
  Depending on your printer, filament, print settings and the actual diameter of your test tube, the fit may vary slightly.

Printing

Material: PLA, PETG or similar filament

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Supports are required.

Please check after printing that all openings are clean and free from loose filament before using the part for ant keeping.
