Description
When loading the file to your preferred slicer, you may receive a request to “repair” the model. This is due to a small extrusion at the base that allows the print to be printed at a small elevation with the help of supports. Do not repair the model, as this will rid it of that extrusion. It will print flush with the build plate, and the sensors won't have space to get in.
Once printing, wait until the print reaches 86% and pause it just when it starts to bridge. Then, once paused, move the extruder (Z axis) up by 30mm. Now simply place the sensor modules in the slots, lower the Z axis 30mm and then resume the print.
(This was printed on an Ender 3 V1, the process may vary slightly from printer to printer.)
