Description
Simple tools designed to make installation of mountain bike fork dust seals easier. Somewhat copied 35/36mm fork seal driver tool I purchased several years ago on Am*zon, just changed stanchion diameter and left all other walls same thickness. I first printed a 38mm prototype in PETG with default layers but destroyed it quickly when testing it. Therefore bumped infill to 50%, 6 wall loops and 10 top layers and printed it in ABS and worked great for installing seals on Rock Shox ZEB - have not tested the 32, 34 or 36 designs. Definitely could improve design to save filament and reduce print time. Happy making and send it!
