Description
My WIP version of a 3d print friendly peg board alternative. It uses screw-in pegs with tapered heads and slots in the attachments. The pegs are spaced 25mm apart using #8 or #6 countersunk wood screws at least 1/2" long or any screw that sticks out from the peg less then 1mm.
Update v1.1 - Double Standards: Added pegs for standard 3/16” pegboard with 1” spacing that presses in and lock with a M3x10mm countersunk screw and redesigned the hangers to a 25.2mm slot spacing to fit better on both. I also added a keyhole hanger that can be printed in any (basic) orientation. The basic peg is unchanged and the original hangers will fit on a 1” spacing as they were designed with a good bit of tolerance on the peg position, the redesign is to equalize the stacked position error on wider (5-6+) hangers. The redesign also allowed me to split the pegs and different width hangers into separate files that can be “saved as” for new holders.
STLs included so far: Pegs:
Mounts:
STEP files, a drawing of the peg and groove, and F360 archive are included for making your own holders. v1.1 new F360 archive files for the peg, hangers, and screwdriver holder.
