Description
For some AWFUL reason, Compustar/Firstech decided to have the key ring attachment be secured to the remote via a tiny piece of plastic that can snap off from a four-foot drop onto wood flooring. On top of that, after contacting them for a replacement clip (not even a whole remote), the communications went silent after I was asked about product registration (which I was not informed about from my dealer, who just gave me my keys and sent me on my way). [Installer was another disappointing adventure, but a story for another time.]
In any case, rather than expend my little time and energy on these people, I decided to make a bumper case for the remote to restore a loop for my key ring. I have also included the STEP file too, so you may customize to your needs.
Print using TPU, with the backside flat on the bed.
