Description
Weather protection with a 3D-printed gill shield (Stevenson screen is a box) for RuuviTag temperature/humidity/pressure sensor. Basically a DIY bluetooth weather station.
Weather station in the pictures has 3 ring units. Filament and weight calculations above contain 3 rings and match the images.
Notes:
Roof has M5 threads, add 3x 90mm pieces of 5mm threaded rod, assemble tag-holder and 3 rings, floor and nuts to underneath the unit to hold it together.
About 106 mm diameter, plate separation of 13 mm. Can be screwed into M10 thread.
Bottom has holes for potentional drainage and to create convection in direct sunshine.
I've licenced this free for anyone to make, aslong as they don't profit from my work (fine to charge filament/print time from friends for example). If you want to use the model commercially, please contact me.
I have gotten permission from Ruuvi Innovations Ltd to use their logo. Note that this is not their official product.
