Pill Bottle 7x3

This was a great model from @osculley_3584700 that I modified slightly.  I only needed 3 times per day instead of 4 and wanted the times marked by the handle.  I also improved the door design to print without supports.

Supports are necessary for the sleeve and insert.  I used snug support and it worked out well. The doors are fairly tight.  They came out a bit too loose at first so I scaled them to 101% in the x direction.  The .stl door files are already scaled to fit tight.  The included FreeCAD file is a bit loose.  I'm including the CAD file if anyone wants to change anything. If I were to change anything it would be the icons on top.  Either make them a little bigger on maybe just dial in the print settings better.

I printed this in marble PLA for the sleeve, insert, and top handle.  Also used that same filament for the hinge pin.  I used regular PLA for the doors.  Printed the detent in ABS.  The click for the compartment lock is positive and satisfying.

Assembly: First put the detent through the hole in the bottom of the insert.  Slide the insert into the sleeve. Cut a piece of filament a little longer than the sleeve.  Start with the top door and slide the filament in.  Keep working your way down adding the doors.  Once you get to the end cut the filament flush with the top of the sleeve.  When lining up the top handle make sure a point is lined up with the door openings.  Press the top handle down hard to lock it onto the insert.  Its a fairly tight interference fit.  I didn't need to use glue or anything and if you try hard enough you can take it apart.
