Melting Candle Earring — 2-Color Charm

A melting wax candle as a 2-color earring charm, printed standing in one

piece on an AMS / multi-material printer. It hangs flame-UP from the loop

at the top — which is also the print orientation, so the wide candle base

lands flat on the bed and every feature narrows upward: no supports.

• ~33 mm tall to the top of the loop, ~13 mm across the drips

• - 2 colors: ivory wax body + orange teardrop flame

• - Six irregular wax drips run down the body and end in bulbous hanging

•   drops; a melted pool rim caps the top with a central wick well

• - The flame is an onion-teardrop (convex bulge + pointed lick) that sits

•   down into the pool, hiding the wick

• - Integral hanging loop (Ø2.2 wire ring) — fits a 0.8 mm jump ring

•   flame); Import → right-click → "Split to Parts" → assign IVORY to

•   wax, ORANGE to flame. Coordinates preserved exactly.

Print:

• Standing, flame up, no supports, 0.12–0.2 mm layers, 3 walls

• - PLA or PETG; symmetric, so print twice for a pair

• - Add a jump ring + ear hook (hang from the metal ring, not the ear wire)
