Description

Housing for BC250 with FullATX PSU.

A1 mini friendly (179.5x179.5 mm footprint). I used PETG-GF filament.

There is no hole for power button in the STEP file, I drilled after printing. For ATX power to work - I used a mod taken from BC250 Discord (last picture).

Parts required:

  1. M3x4x5 heat inserts - 10 pcs.

  2. M3x16 Screw - 10 pcs.

  3. Radiator for backplate (Max thickness - 21 mm) - 1 pc.

  4. Arctic P12 Pro - 2 pcs.

  5. Full ATX PSU - 1 pc.

How to assemble:

  1. Melt in all heat inserts (9x into housing, 1 into printed "nut")

  2. Screw in ATX PSU.

  3. Slide BC250 into PSU part (There's a "rail" and provision for rear plate tab to hold it in).

  4. Screw side fan onto same housing part with 2 fan screws.

  5. Mount front fan onto 1 screw as shown in photos.

  6. Connect 2 housing halves (they sort of "click" in together).

  7. Screw M3 screw into printed "nut" part as showin in photos.

  8. Screw in other 3 front fan screws.

  9. Connect halves using M3 screws.

  10. Screw rest 2 side fan screws.
