Ergonomic Portable Screwdriver with Integrated Bit OrganizerAn elegant, robust, and 3D-printable screwdriver featuring a modern wavy texture designed for maximum grip. As shown in the image , this project is engineered to be highly functional, keeping your bits perfectly organized right inside the handle.
The model is available in two practical versions to suit your needs:
Small Version (Stubby): Ultra-compact, ideal for tight spaces or as an everyday carry (EDC) tool. The bottom cap unscrews to reveal an organizer that holds up to 6 standard bits.
Large Version: Features a more generous grip for increased leverage. This version holds 6 bits + a central slot for a magnetic bit extension, turning it into a fully versatile tool.
Design FeaturesErgonomic Grip: The geometric texture is not just for aesthetics—it ensures a firm, non-slip grip during use.
Hidden Organizer: Your bits stay securely locked inside the handle and won’t rattle around.
Easy to Print: Optimized for 3D printing with minimal to no complex supports.
⚙ Print Settings & RecommendationsRecommended Filament: PLA+ or PETG for good mechanical strength. For heavy-duty use, consider ABS or ASA.
Infill: At least 20-25% (Gyroid or Grid pattern preferred).
Perimeters: Increase the wall count to 3 or 4 to ensure the bit socket can withstand high twisting torque.
Supports: Not needed if your printer handles small internal bridges well.
