🪴 The Honest Shelf Vol. 96 // Peeko 🪴
Meet "Peeko" — your plants' new favorite sidekick, peeking out to brighten your day! ✨
I wanted to design something that brings instant joy to your desk or shelves without looking like a cheap plastic toy. I spent a lot of time tweaking those tiny, organic-looking hands so they perfectly grip the rim of the pot. The minimalist eyes give Peeko a subtle, curious personality that feels alive yet clean and modern.
Whether you use Peeko as a happy home for your favorite succulents, a small cactus planter, or even a cozy desktop organizer for pens and keys, this little guy fits seamlessly into any Japandi or Scandi-style space.
Instant Personality: Adds a touch of playful warmth to any room.
Multi-Functional: Perfect as a planter, desk organizer, or decorative catch-all.
The Ultimate Gift: An adorable, high-quality DIY gift for plant lovers, birthdays, or housewarmings.
The Matte Magic: I highly recommend using Matte filaments. It gives Peeko a premium, powdery ceramic look instead of a shiny plastic finish.
Wood Look: Printing this with Wood PLA looks absolutely incredible! It gives it a warm, organic, hand-carved feel. 🪵
Classic Contrast: You absolutely cannot go wrong with Matte Black or Matte White—they look incredibly sleek and high-end! 🖤🤍
Detail Tip: Use a black sharpie, a drop of black paint, or multi-color printing to make the tiny eyes pop!
FDM Optimization Settings:
Material: PLA (Matte, Wood, or Terracotta work best).
Infill: 10-15% (Gyroid is perfect here).
Walls: 2-3 walls.
Scale: 100% is perfect for small succulents. Scale it up easily for larger plants!
This is the 96th addition to my series of functional, honest designs. I focus on creating home decor that is incredibly easy to print and looks beautiful in real life. Follow my profile to complete your collection!
