Wall Mounting Hardware for Round Shaft

This is custom designed wall mounting hardware for any 12.5mm round shaft.

There are two versions included:

• 12.5mm shaft, 40mm distance from wall
• 12.5mm shaft, 50mm distance from wall

It fastens to the wall with a #8 wood screw (I found 2.5" to be perfect). The design has the screws off-centre so that you can catch a stud and screw it in without contorting your screwdriver/drill.

Printing instructions:

• Split the .stl file apart into separate objects, the inner piece and the outer shell
• There is 0.2mm tolerance in the x- and y-axes for mating
• I used a 0.4mm nozzle

I created the design in OpenSCAD and it's almost fully parameterized. If you like the format but need different shaft or distance dimensions, please message me and I'll probably be able to create it for you quickly.
