Description
Topoisomerase II–DNA Complex
This model shows the interaction between Topoisomerase II and a DNA double strand. Topoisomerase II controls DNA topology by creating temporary double-strand breaks (these are perfectly visible in this model) and resealing them. The complex model illustrates an essential mechanism for maintaining genome stability and visualizes the interaction between Topoisomerase II and DNA, making the molecular structure and mechanism easier to understand in a touchable way.

DNA: white
Print information:
Printer: Prusa MK4S
Supports required: Yes !!! Organic!!!
Layer height: min. 0.2 mm recommended for nice surface quality
Print scale: mind. 150% recommended; mine is 170%
