1" Pex Arch Base

1" PEX Arch Base. I cut a 5m LED strip in halve. The PEX needs to be 2.5 meters or about 8'3". The bottom bar are a 5' foot piece of 1/2" PVC. The bases holes show be large enough to fit a X-Connect connector. The screw holes are designed for #8 x ½" machine screws. The “Pixel Strip Holder” is used to hold the strip. I tread in nylon screws into the PEX and cut off the heads. I used infill density = 50%, wall line count = 4, infill pattern = lines.
