Description
In the case that you are not smart enough to understand the photo or you are reading this to obtain more info, this files allow you to create drawer disks that you can stack infinitely (under the laws of physics). Also, you can sort your screws and organize them on the same drawers (That's cool, uh?). You can scale the drawers, although the screw sorting system will stop working.
The steps to build these stackable drawers are simple, but you need to consider if you are going to use glue. Although if I where you I would use glue (wich is what I am going to do whenever I have time to repair my 3d printer), you can also use the tiny holes made in the pieces to join them, via screws or rods.
A nice thing about this model is that you can change the drawers, choosing single, double or triple drawers. In order to do that, you need to place the drawer separator in some of the slots in the base. Then you secure them to the base.
When you have the separators set, you can place the drawers and the cover. In the case you want to place the screw sorter, just place it right on the top of the drawers, then place the screw sorter wall and cover.
There are several plates for sorting screws (10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 and 65mm), theese are switchable between the M3, M4, M5 and M6 screw sorters. In theory, you could use the M6 screw sorter for any of theese screws, but it might rotate and block the sorter.
The last thing you shold know about this drawers is that they have been designed without any tolerance, because it depends on several factors. To solve this, feel free to modify the files, although i highly reccomend to sand the pieces.
