Features:

Recommended Print Settings:

Wall thickness: 1 wall loop capabilities.
Seams: It is best if all seams are allocated to the back side and all seams keep clear of small features that mate together if possible.
Tolerances: If you need to tighten or loosen the tolerances of the mating parts, you can slightly adjust the X-Y CONTOURS, by increments of 0.1mm.
Labeling: Add custom labels directly to the bin face inside your slicer!

Recommended Print Materials:

PLA or anything stronger, just please note that I have only have printed these with PLA.

NOTES:

Some of the smaller features that affect fitment can be affected by a 'Flow Ratio' parameter change.
Adding ears or a brim for the frames is HIGHLY recommended!
If you have some frames that end up mating together too loosely while testing tolerances but you are reluctant to throw them away, you can tape the front and rear openings together, and it will stay hidden from sight when bins are all installed and closed.

I only saw the contest less than a week ago, and have a newborn child, so many features I couldnt implement just yet! I have a customizable frame via an .f3d file that will allow all the frames to be encapsulated and a texture added by a Fusion 360 user as shown!

I also have the same system set up for customizable front face designs and knobs as shown in the pictures attached! I believe that the system is complete, but I just need to add more customized accessories to increase the value of this design and then add them to this upload!

For non Fusion360 users, I am happy to accept pattern and knob ideas to draft up and upload the .stp file! I just do not have time before the modular storage contest ended :(
