Description
I was quite surprised how this was over looked, but its a super easy fix :D
No need to dismantle the Z top end or the Extruder assembly.
This little adaptor fits comfortably between the extruder and z axis mounts.
The issue is that the extruder fowls on the z axis top, this little adaptor moves the assembly away from the other, which in turn gives you more z axis height!
The real fix is to update the z axis top to remove the excess material, but that involves dismantling your entire z axis to incorporate the fix,

Longer screws or
same screws and 10mm standoffs.

Can print in draft 0.25mm (standard settings)
0.4mm nozzle,
20% in fill
Printed in PLA+, can use PETG also to match
