Peristaltic Dosing Head

This is a peristaltic dosing head with a reversal dampener. It uses a 9:1 gear ratio and a nema 14 drive motor. This is a part of a series of experiments I am performing on liquid/farm bot/bio related devices.

Regular parts:

I used pretty common parts for the majority of the device, M4 machine screws M5 Machine screw and square nuts for the rocker and 24 tooth pivots, ballpoint pen spring and a few M3 and M4 set-screws. The bearings are 5x 10x5x4, 4x 9x5x3, and 1x 7x3x3. The only trick is the sleeve bearing in the center of the base gear.
