Water Jet Pump - Jet Drive 54mm - Pump Jet

This is a 54mm jet drive that can be used for an RC boat. I used two of them for an electric surfboard. I designed these jet pumps because I couldn't find anything that met my needs. I hope they are of use to someone who is looking for a complete system as well.

I used dual 420kv motors but I found I didn't get enough speed as my surfboard was a bit too wide, so depending on your application you could go with higher kv motors,

Notes:

For the main pump body, print speed was 40mm/s, print flange side down on the print bed. Heated bed is a must to keep it from warping and pulling away from the bed. Once past 1/4 of the print, the heated bed can be shut off.
