I combined the extended version of JakeJake's phone mount with the Arca Swiss plate by JohnClark

The slider and knob are unmodified from the original design

1/9/2023 update: Several people in the comments mentioned that they had to remove the tabs at the bottom. I mistakenly thought they would fit any Arca Swiss compatible tripod, but I also ran into trouble when I changed tripods. “No tabs.stl” is a version without the tabs.
