Description

Medium sized craft organizers with a visually appealing rounded triangle shape. Good for storing just about any misc crafting bits, printer nozzles, pills, whatever you like!

Printing Instructions: Print the main bottle in vase mode with your extrusion width set to 0.8mm or even larger*. In vase mode you can do this with a 0.4mm nozzle and it works fine, I did ;3

For the lid just print it solid as you would expect. A nozzle extrusion size of 0.45mm is recommended to avoid having to gap fill.

I printed these in 'one at a time' mode to avoid stringing and enable use of vase mode. Be sure to space them apart enough to avoid collisions.

Materials: Use a rigid plastic like PLA for the bottle, but just about anything will do. Translucent is best if you want to see outlines of the contents at a glance. For the lid two files are included, one for stiff but flexible filaments like PETG and Nylon, and one with tighter tolerances for rubberized lids printed in TPU.

*In CURA there is no extrusion width multiplier option, just clone your machine settings and under the extruder tab, set it to the width you want. Do not just change flow rate as this is not the same.

If your lids seem a bit off just play with your horizontal expansion setting or flow rate.

Filament:

Filaments.ca (assorted) and Taulman (nylon) Nylon, TPU, PLA, PETG

Notes:

The container has a small lip made to be printable in vase mode

TPU lids give a soft grab, still strong enough not to fall off when shaken filled with light objects like jump-rings.

Nylon gives an audible snap and is quite tight. A little harder to take off and put on quickly but more spill-proof.
