Raspberry Pi Zero Stand, Stemmafied

April 29, 2022
Description
A slightly maximalist remix of the awesomely simple Raspberry Pi stand by Adafruit, for those situations where you just need ALL THE THINGS. Or, like, more of them anyway.

Additions include:
- Pi Cam mount
- Requires some M2 mounting hardware to mount the Pi Cam
- Works with any Raspberry Pi Cam V1/V2 or layout-compatable clone boards
- Slots included to keep the flat CSI cable out of the way
- STEMMA-QT board or other M2/M2.5 board mounts
- Requires some M2 or M2.5 mounting hardware to mount boards
- Layed out in a neat 10mm x 12.5mm grid
- Magnetic foot mounts

- Magnetic feet: https://www.adafruit.com/product/4631
- Rear pin-header slot
- Need to get at the header pins from the back? No problem! :D
Note: This was my first Fusion 360 project, so the F360 source file is a horrible mess. Apologies to the original author(s) for how heavily I butchered their original project file. 😂
Printing Notes
For FDM printers I recommend printing this one face-down with bed-only supports enabled. This makes for much more reliable mounting hole printing and the nicer surface finish doesn't hurt.
Test prints were done on a stock Prusa MINI+ with Prusament Clear PETG filament. Sliced with PrusaSlicer, 0.15mm QUALITY, flipped 185-degrees to print “face down”, with some minor cosmetic tweaks (hexagon infill, archimedian chord surface infill). Prints took about 4 to 4 and a half hours.
