Rockwell BladeRunner RK7320 Vacuum Adapter

For original Rockwell RK7320 BladeRunner (not X2) with dust collection drawer (front bottom). This is a 2.5" (female) shop vac hose retrofit kit/adapter to allow a Ridgid vacuum (or other brand with standard 2.5" hose connections) to suck sawdust/cuttings that normally would fall into the dust collection drawer. This provides a secondary dust collection source, to work in conjunction with the top dust collector port. This adapter replaces the dust collection drawer. For durability in design and to reduce the need for supports, this prints in 3 pieces.

Sand as needed and to make the interior smooth for better seal/coupling with vacuum hose. Dry fit before gluing to become familiar with the fit and alignment. Glues together with super glue or whatever glue works best with the filament material that you use. Note, I wrapped part of the adapter with duct tape to reduce the chance of breaking the end by accidentally dropping it or over-torquing it when removing a hose (see photos).
