Pimax 8k/5K+ headstrap with headphones upgrade

My printed upgrade for the original Pimax 8k/5k+ headstrap.

Now with headphones !

I used a cheap (about 10€) gaming headphone from AliExpress that has microphone dead for the speakers and foam. Could have been smaller but it actually fit with the rigid part of the strap.

The inner size for speakers is 40mm which seems to be standard, if too loose they might need some glue to stay in place.

Assembling the headphones by snapping the 2 round pieces together after the one with grill got inserted in foam.

You will need some rubber bands as shown on the picture, I used different colors to visualize them better, they maintain the headphone on your ears.

I think I will work on something to get rid of them

Full version and splitted with small parts one, since they dont print the same way and or you might want to use differents materials, you can use glue or small screw but I prefer soldering to assemble the small parts to the others parts.

For the snapping parts I printed them in PLA because I find ABS too brittle and crack easily.

There is also a upgrading file for those who already printed the without speakers version.
