Description
A mount adapter for the All-Metal Aero BMG extruder (tested with the version from Mellow). It places the nozzle near the same spot as it is on the stock extruder.
It uses the common "Aluminium alloy BMG Bracket Support Nema17 Motor Mount Bracket" like this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32956517811.html
If fits onto the "V4" version of the X1. The X1-CAD file I used to design this was not so accurate there, where the GT2 belt mounts onto the extruder carriage, so I am not sure if it fits to older (or newer) versions.
Attached is also the FreeCad file.

A stock fan mount design added.
The fan position can be slightly adjusted in Y and Z direction.
UPDATE 28.06.2020
A board mount with a new extruder adapter mount added.
The board mount is adjustable in X direction (+15mm) so that also bigger stepper motors can be used.

Notes:
Printed with 4 bottom & 4 top layers and 4 perimeters. Print it better with PETG or ABS / ASA.
No one of the parts should need supports. If printed with layer heights bigger than 0.2mm, you may loose the "supportless feature" on the second adapter mount for the board holder! (There where the two screws are))
How to mount the adapter
You will need:
* 2 x M3x18 ISO4762 screws (or use M3x20 and cut 2mm) * 1 x M3x14 ISO4762 screw * 5 x M3 ISO7089 washers (used 2 washers on each of the top M3 screws and one on the bottom M3 screw) * 4 x M4 DIN562 square nuts * 4 x M4x14 IS4762 screws (or M4x16 and cut 2mm).Also you have tomove up the Z-Endstop for about 2mm!
