Mob4us Mobius2 adaptor for Anycubic 4max and 2020 profile with integrated damping

this is an adaptor for the mobius2 extruder from the Voron-Project (https://github.com/mzbotreprap/VORON) adapting to the Anycubic 4Max

it fits to the original mounting holes from the filament sensor

you can use 1 of 2 options:

Version A

Print "mob4us-body" in TPU, push the Nuts in and mount everything

BOM Variant A:

2x M4 Nut

2x M4x12 (allen)screw

2x M4 washer

4x M5 Nut

4x M5x12 (allen)screw

4x M5 washer

1x mob4us-body (TPU)

Version B

Print "mobus-body" in PETG or ABS

Print "mob4us-damper" in TPU

push the Nuts in and mount everything

BOM Variant B:

2x M4 Nut

2x M4x12 (allen)screw

2x M4 washer

4x M5 Nut

4x M5x14 (allen)screw

4x M5 washer

1x mob4us-body (PETG/ABS)

1x mob4us-damper (TPU)

i prefer for Variant A a harder TPU, printed with higher infill and more walls to get it stable

for variant B i prefer a softer TPU for the damper

the Pictures show Variant A (Sorry for the bad print, its my first try with TPU)

The Adaptor fits to the printer and the extruder

Update:

Mob4us-2020 edition

This version fits with M4 screws instead of the Hex-Nuts to mount the mob4us-2020 to any printer with 2020 frame with vertical direction

Update2:

Added one Version to mount the system through the sidepanel directly to the frame "Mob4us_profil"
