Description
Sharpener helper specially designed the most used standard blade.
I know the blades are made for one-way use but I don't see why I shouldn't sharpen and use them far longer..
NOTE: I'm convinced that this thing enables easy and pretty accourate sharping, and the print is simple and fast. However, it feels a bit beta-ish: is the angle sharening angle correct (2x15º)? Is the slot too deep/flat?
I printed it 0.2mm layerhight (using diverse PLA remains in shown print), and found that I needed to flatten the surface a bit.
Use:
Secure it in a vice, slip the scalpel into the slot, take care it is oriented parallely and grind it with grind stone.
would be nice to get feedback if it works for you or if not, what's wrong.
