PanelDue 7i Case and Mount for 2040 extrusion

This is a model for a case, frame mounting bracket, mounting arm, and case mounting bracket for the PanelDue 7i. The mounting arm is longer than usual so that the screen doesn't interfere with the moving bed on my modified CR-10S.
