Description
This is an enclosure for the Arducam 1080P Day & Night Vision USB Camera Module (SKU: B0205) which is a nice camera USB with auto-switching infrared night vision.
The back of the enclosure has a mount that works with the Modular Mounting System Arms. Also check out the #modular_mount and #MMs tags on Thingiverse for compatible parts.
STEP files are available for easy remixing so that you can make your own back plates. The full Onshape CAD document is also available.
Heads-Up!This camera enclosure is for the now discontinued Arducam B0205 camera module. Its successor, the Arducam B0506, is also called “1080P Day & Night Vision USB Camera” and sometimes incorrectly listed as “SKU: B0205” or “B0205 rev E” on Amazon. The enclosure is not compatible with the B0506 module. You can easily identify the modules: The B0205 has 5 IR LEDs and the IR sensor on the right. The B0506 has 6 IR LEDs and the IR sensor at the top. The connector of the B0205 is at the front pointing down. The connector of the B0506 is at the back. |

The LED leg lengths aren't consistent across all the B0205 camera modules and you might have a module with longer or shorter legs. The Case STL is available in several different sizes to accommodate a reasonably wide range of LED leg lengths.
Measure the length of the LED legs and round up to the nearest available size. If the LED legs on your module have inconsistent lengths take the measurement from the longest leg.

Print the parts in the original orientation. All STL files are pre-rotated for printing.
B0205 Case [X]mm.stl” and “B0205 Spacer.stl” can be printed with 0% infill.
