Earsaver - minimalistic - special for FFP2 / KN95 masks with short earloops - extended length - don't fall off attachment of the mask

yes, it is another earsaver, but I was not able to find one for my problem.

Since we now have to use mostly FFP2 / KN95 mask in Germany, we encounter some brands which are providing very short earloops on their masks. Therefore the regular length of the existing earsavers ar not long enough (at least for people wich larger heads like me:).

Also I covered the issue that the earloop slips of the earsaver when you take off the mask (which in daily routine if not working as a medic, is rather often). You can loop the earloops through the holes in the earsaver and the mask will always be connected to the earsaver on on side (see picture).

I already had the minimalistic model in standard length and now just added 20mm total length which should about cover the shorter earloops of some masks.

I already tested the regular length with even cheap PLA and if works fine for some days. With the minimalistic approach you will be able to use as less material as possible per earsaver.

if you have a dual and want to add some color, you will geht the parts for some additional colored layers.

The included FreeCAD model includes the possibility to customize according to your own requirements or add some logos if required. Step Models will also be there if you want to use another tool.
