...since its snowing and due to corona the shops are in lockdown....
...here is a kids snow shovel fitting on a 20 mm wood shaft.
...comes at around 500g filament when printing with the settings below and using some support.

I used the support blocker to reduce slightly the supported area (picture).
Also I recommend the orientation for max stability.

If you want to change the shaft diameter, you have to change:
the x and y scale of the clone: ISO4017-M20x60_001_adjust_Scale for Diameter
the radius1 and radius2 of the cone: Cone_adjust_Scale for Diameter
of the Shaft_Bracket part
The bracket should allow diameters up to approx. 35mm
