Description

I improved the exiting designs to achieve a minimum use of material even printing with 100% infill and maximum functionality (clip is not falling off anymore).

Using PETG to print gives you a more flexible part, but it might work also with PLA.

To assemble the clip try not to push it over the middle of the wing tube, but use the corners since at the drying racks I am using, the inner section of the tube corners are bent in, allowing the clip to slip on smoothly on the corner. Then just push the clip to the middle of the tube.

Now v3 is included. No design change but double width (30mm) for more stability.

FreeCAD model included, so you can do your own adjustments

Filament: Sunlu PETG Black Post-Printing =============

deburring and flaming the stringing

...since outside deburring is sometimes not so easy I use the heat gun to warm the edges and a finger to tune the excess burring. Caution do not burn yourself or use a spatula
