Modular Battery Storage Holder Organizer

This is a completely modular organizing solution for your common battery types.

It also includes two size of generic boxes to cover for special formats or general organizing purpose.

So just let me know if you need new models for special format batteries released or if some tolerance needs adjustment. For sure you always can use the included modular CAD file and FreeCAD to adjust the design to your special needs.

FreeCAD model Release v2:

since I encountered some rechargeable AA batteries which are having a greater diameter (up to 14,5mm) causing some very tight fits, I increased the diameter for the AA modules and released them as V2.

If you are using standard AA batteries up to a diameter of 14,1mm you still might wanna use the regular modules so the batteries are not to wobbly.

FreeCAD modeRelease V3:

while printing the boxes with PETG on higher temperatures the connector pockets were sagging. Since it is difficult to clean out the filament inside the pocket, I created Box50x100x65_v2.stl and Box100x100x65_v2.stl with 2.5mm deeper pockets.

I also added 0.2mm to the 9V cut-out in the v2 stl files since again some rechargeable batteries are bigger.

You can also find now for all modules the corresponding lids and connectors if you want to create travel modules. Since I did not print all variances, let me know if you have problems with the stl files.

As always everything is included in the V3 FreeCAD file
