Nalgene water bottle anti roll attachment

Update 28 May 2024: I have remixed a V2 to rectify issues I encountered with this design. My initial desire to keep it slimmer resulted in the base of the ring being too near the center of gravity and making it roll over with a slight tilt or push. I realized that rigid filament material will break over time as it is under constant extension forces. 

I kayak regularly and placing a water bottle horizontally inside rolls around as the kayak moves, and it mildly annoys me, It is also useful to keep it from rolling around when placed on moving surfaces.

Might work for other brands, just resize the model to your water bottle diameter. Currently, it is designed for a bottle diameter is 92mm, use this number to shrink and enlarge by ratio to your desired diameter.

Printed in silver PLA and later in blue TPU as in photos.
