V-Core 3 front belt tensioners

A small remix of the front belt tensioners originally prepared by Liam Venter (see link).Remix contains just top plates (red part in the attached pictures), for rest of the parts please visit source design.

Note: RHS_packer is a part of the Top_left_plate.

Be aware that you have to already use Liam's "Ventermech" solution, ie. front Z linear rails are not located on original place. Top front 3030 profile has to be shifted 60-70 mm below. Proper distance depends if you already use "front leadscrew guides" (then you have shift profile up to 70mm below). I shifted 60mm with modified leadscrew guides (see last two pictures).

Hardware

1x 5x36 mm pins (right front idler)

1x 5x33 mm pin (left front idler)

I tried to use bearing pins but theirs OD was too big and I couldn't put it through bearings (MR125/MF125) so I cut off thread and head from M5x60 and used smooth part as a pin.

2x M6x35 cap screws for belt tensioners

2x standard M6 zinc nut for belt tensioners

4x M6x55 cap screws for clamping front idler stationary blocks

4x washer (shim) for M6 screw

4x M6 nylock nuts

10x M6 T-nuts

4x M6x12 cap screw

2x M6x14 cap screw

4x M6x16 cap screw
