Ender 3 Direct Drive - BMG + E3D V6 + BLTouch

I was not satisfy with the original solution, so I tried to modify it as follow:

• BLTouch support in front of the body (I didn't want to block air flow from the side cooler).
• Duct is closer to the nozzle and flows more accurately.
• Duct is higher so it doesn't cover view to the nozzle and also doesn't accidentally "touch" paper clip which I use as glass holder.

Duct, BLtouch holder, 5015 FAN holder use M3 DIN934 nuts and M3 screws.

Few small modification in the source files.

BLTouch offset: -27,2mm in X; -31,4 mm in Y. Z axis is up to you (please follow manufacturer instruction).

Both body parts are screwed together by two M3x22 DIN912 screws and M3 nuts (see attached picture).
