The base cone can be printed as one part if you have a large format printer or in 2 parts.
The side fin files are with or with out the mounting frame, depending on how you want to build your units. My pictures are of the no mount fins.
You can design a 4 stage light sequencer or just put in some low cost Xmass lights like I did for this build.
