Prusa i3 MK2 GoPro Hero5 holder with Open Ports

The remix was a little loose for my GoPro Hero5 Black and I could fit the USB-C cable in for power. So I made a tighter fit while allowing the side to be open for both USB-C and mini-HDMI.
