Satsana 5015 Ender 3 for Phaetus BMS with EZABL Mount

I remixed the great Satsana 5015 Ender 3 V2 for Phaetus BMS Hotend or similiar part to work on an original Ender 3/Pro and added an EZABL mount.

Print it with the side that mounts to the carriage down on the bed and use supports only under the bottom side of the EZABL mount.

The nozzle probe offset is (-61, -10).
