eZ v4 Direct Drive for ZYLTech Gear

This is an improvement to my previous direct drive extruder for the ZYLTech Gear and probably the Two Trees BLU series. (The factory mount of the printer is posted as well, so you can compare it to your printer.)

This mount will work with the factory hotend or upgrade to 5015 blower fans. The other main feature is a mount for a new hotend, like the Dragon, Mosquito or any other v6 round hotend. Also included is a 30mm fan duct or 40mm fan duct for the hot end.

Finally, with a end-stop switch you can add the FreeZ ABL, which makes leveling the bed easier. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4652385

2x 4mmx25mm screws & nuts

3x 3mmx16mm screws & nuts

Your wiring will probably look better than mine. There are several zip tie spots on the mount to help keep things nice and tidy.
