Stealthburner mount for Micro Swiss Direct Drive Extruder configured for Linear Rail System

This is a re-designed bracket to utilize Micro Swiss' Direct Drive extruder configured for linear rail. Additionally - I designed a cable relief bracket to help with cable management. Be careful with the mounting hardware - bolt length should be selected carefully for the locations that butt on the MGN carriage (not to protrude from the threads on the plate).

BLTouch offsets are:

x_offset: -42

y_offset: -7
