ATX-to-SFX (100mm) Adapter Plate

Not all SFX power supplies mount to the case on the 125x63mm (?) face. Some mount on the 100x63mm face instead. This is a modification of one of the existing ATX-to-SFX adapters to work with these "rotated" power supplies.
