Description
This is for ----Creality CR-8 / Afinibot A9 ----
I tried to make it as lightweight and small as possible, about 16 grams of plastic (100% infill).
It uses a 40mm x 40mm x 20mm 4020 Blower Fan... See LINK
It is a screwless design which slides onto the Housing of the hotend fan.
(The screws of the hotend fan housing must be loosened to slide it over though)
The blower is press fitted in to the fan duct housing, screw holes are just optional.
Remember to slide the fan duct far enough in, so that the blower fan does not interfer with the bolts at the X endstop

If you slice it with Simplify 3D and you have missing support, try lowering your "Support pillar resolution" or just add custom support.
I used Simplify 3D ´s default support (4mm pillars) and then added some small custom support for the overhang part that where missing.
