Manta MK2 Ender 3 Max Version (4010x2&E3D V6) for M3 Nuts

I have changed several things:

1. All heat inserts were changed for M3 Nuts
2. Mounting plate was canged accordingly to Ender 3 Max's x carriage
3. Direct drive mount was moved higher because paragraph 2

Everything should be printed as is WITHOUT supports.

All changed models are here, other parts are acquired from original model.

I can garantee all direct drives compatibility. 5015 blowers can be installed as well. Check out original model for other usecase scenarios.

Consider correcting me in comments if anything is wrong.
