Description
This is a work in progress. It's a container shaped like a tatting shuttle. The inside container part isn't very big. It could hold crochet hooks or tatting needles.
I printed it in both wood PLA and blue ABS (both pictured).
I stood the main body on end, opening side down, to print.
I printed the top with curve top up and used supports.
I plan on improving the top to have threads.

I printed these at .10 thickness with wood PLA and blue ABS. It took 14 hours for the body and about 1.5 hours for the top.
After printing, I sanded and painted with primer filler, sanded again with 2000 grit sandpaper, then painted with white primer. I used alcohol ink for the wood grain look and resin to make it shine.
