Description
Instead of using a 3D-printed arm for the spool, I decided to create a holder with a 6 inch bolt.
I designed this hanging spool mount to go under my workbench with my printers. I had lots of bearing leftover from the fidget spinner craze and decided to put them to use. Filament comes off the roll nice and smooth.

2 x 608ZZ Bearings

Supports are needed for the HangingSpoolHolder_Bearing_Roller (Build plate only) . All STLs are print ready oriented.

Notes:
Material: PETG/ABS/ASA Preferred. PLA will work too.
Step 1: Press-fit 6 in. 5./16 bolt into the spool holder base. Might need a hammer :)
Step 2: Added 5/16 hex nut and tighten down.
Step 3: Press-fit 608z bearing on both sides of the bearing roller.
Step 4: Assemble the base and roller.
Step 5: Press-fit the 5/16 nylon locknuts into the end cap of your choice.
Step 6: Added the end cap and tighten so the bearing roller and rotate freely.
Step 7: Mount it & Complete!
