Description
I Remixed this as I want to be able to use M3 nuts to fasten the Head to the adaptor and want to allow for some horizontal adjustment for the head...incase the X offset is slightly off.
I also made the Y Axis offset adaptor to be adjustable in 2.5mm increments, it just pressure clips on, so no parts required.
Please post makes, it's nice to see the makes.

Parts used to attach.
350mm Linear Rails, bought this one from Amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07XLL33B5/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I printed the MGN12-alignment-tool-2020 part for aligning the Linear rail, which I attached with 6 M3 8mm screws and t-nuts similar following this video for an Ender3 setup.I used 4 M3 8mm screws to attach the adaptor to the Linear rail itself.
After the adaptor was secured, I used the stock M3 6mm screws with 2 M3 nuts to attach the hotend to adaptor itself.
Make sure once this is all done, that you check you gantry is level and relevel your bed...over all my hothead had move up by 0.2mm so pretty close fit.
