COVID-19 Vaccination Card Holder

I designed this COVID-19 Vaccination Card Holder so I wouldn't loose mine. Figured I would go totally over the top given this is, hopefully, a once in a lifetime event.

Screws needed:

6 M3x6mm Countersunk Head

2 M3x12mm Countersunk or button head (your choice) for the hinge.

Supports for the hinge and maybe for the bottom.
