Description
PLA and CA glue are totally different
PLA soft and flexes
CA glue Hard and rigid
they make a ok Joint as long as nothing moves. a better joint weld it!
A Dremel makes a great friction welder but you need a short perfectly straight bit of 3mm filament.
but i only have curvy 1.75 mm I hear you say?
print a bunch of these
keep them at 50mm or less and check they are spinning stalely. speed about 3
By printing flat they are much stronger and forgiving
