Description
Trianglelab Dragon mount for Artillery Genius with stock extruder.
You'll need 6 M3 heated inserts for 4040 fan mount. And few M3 nuts for Waggster mod fan duct.
Print all parts in well heat resistant filament.
Use piece of PTFE tube inside of the adapter it should stick out from it about 1.5-2 mm.
Remove the original V6 adapter from dragon hotend and replace it with printed one. You may need to use slightly longer screws then original. Make sure that PTFE tube fit nicely.
Use holes template to make two new holes(3mm) in the blue aluminium mountplate of Genius. Use 6MM drill to countersink the holes.
Fix the Hotend mount and adapter to the Artillery genius extruder assembly. You can use original screws. (Maybe you will need use a file here and there to make it fit. Depending on your printer accuracy)
Add 4040 fan mount and fix it with 2 M3 countersunk screws (I think they were 6mm, otherwise 8mm).
Add Waggster mod BL touch duct (remix of original) and bl touch mount slider.
Don't forget to insert 4 M3 nuts on the back side of the duct.
Fit both original fans and you're done.
